Tours that you can book and experience with Alpine Trekking Adventures in a selected group or as an individual guest. This applies to private individuals, as well as companies, clubs and schools. The tour destination and group size are determined not only by the individual wishes of the guests but also by the safety factor. Prices depend on group size and are agreed upon in advance by mutual consent.
Registration can be made with the registration form by post or email, or by telephone. By registering, the participant accepts these general terms and conditions. Please register for the tour as early as possible.
After receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation from Alpine Trekking Adventures. With this confirmation your registration becomes legally valid.
Rates are generally based on the recommendations of the Swiss Mountain Guide Association and are agreed in writing with the guest before the tour.
The advertised or agreed amount must be paid on the day of the tour. For multi-day tours, Alpine Trekking Adventures reserves the right to require payment before the tour begins.
The price includes guiding costs and half board as described in the programme. Drinks, snacks and transport costs are not included.
Due to weather conditions, Alpine Trekking Adventures may postpone, cancel or replace tours with another destination after consultation with participants. The mountain leader is entitled to change the programme for safety reasons (e.g. avalanche danger) as well as in case of unforeseeable events. Additional costs resulting from programme changes are borne by the participants.
Good health and good physical condition are essential for the safety and success of the tour. Participants must inform the leader in good time of any health issues.

During the tour the mountain leader is responsible for overall group leadership and only in exceptional cases for the personal care of individual guests. The mountain leader decides in the interest of the group and safety. Instructions must be followed.
Cancellation after registration must be communicated to Alpine Trekking Adventures in good time and if possible in writing. Cancellation may be charged as follows: up to 10 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the price; 10 to 0 days before the start, 100% of the price. If a participant leaves a tour early, there is no right to a refund.
As a certified and qualified mountain leader, I offer the greatest possible safety during the tour. When hiking and snowshoeing, however, a minimal residual risk cannot be excluded. By registering, you expressly acknowledge these risks and waive any claims for damages or liability against Alpine Trekking Adventures regarding this residual risk.
Participation is at your own risk.
Accident and health insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
Swiss law applies to all disputes, irrespective of the value of the claim and nationality, and Swiss courts have jurisdiction. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
